Good Garage

We at Liqui Moly Direct endorse and promote schemes run by the: Motor Industry, Service and Repair Code (MISRC). Also Bosch service centres endorsed by The Office Of Fair Trading, a government scheme.

Motor Industry Service and Repair Code (MISRC).

This scheme will be launched in August and motorists will be encouraged to seek out workshops carrying the MISRC sign.

The RAC will act as a law enforcer for the MISRC quality scheme. The motoring organisation will provide a system of checks on workshops to decide if they meet the scheme's criteria.

This code aims to promote the interest of consumers by helping garages and customers with procedures for resolving any disputes and complaints. (Over 5,500 have agreed to sign up to this).

Bosch Car Service network have been awarded The Office Of Fair Trading approval (OFT). A government run scheme.

With over 15 schemes in the UK now being run by suppliers and others to promote their garages that use their services or goods, it has become quite a mine field to find a good garage, that has a clear and defined code of conduct and promotes the interest of both customer & workshop and is solely independent and totally devoid of supplier intervention.

With this in mind we at Liqui Moly Direct only promote the two schemes run by professional trade bodies (MISRC & OFT Approved Bosch Car Service Network) Liqui Moly Direct have no involvement with these groups but fully recognize the independency of these organizations. We at Liqui Moly Direct only promote these 2 governing bodies.

LMT Ltd and Liqui Moly Germany does not endorse or approve of any independent schemes run within the UK.
